Gino is a miniature spectrometer based on IoT architecture. It adopts a Czerny-Turner optical path design with a planar grating, a UV-sensitive back-illuminated linear CMOS detector, and a low-stray-light high-quality planar grating.
The number of spectral channels is optional between 2048/4096, with 16-bit A/D conversion and a built-in temperature sensor to monitor the temperature of key optical components in real-time.
Using nanomaterial extinction technology, it achieves stray light of ~0.1% and dark noise below 30 RMS (100ms integration time).
It has an embedded computing platform with a 766MHz main frequency, 1GDDR, and 16GFlash, preloaded with a Linux operating system and Uspectral-Gino spectral acquisition software.
It is equipped with master/slave USB ports, a gigabit Ethernet RJ45 port, an HDMI port, a Micro-SD card slot, a 15-PIN external equipment interface, and three MMCX ports.
The spectrometer can operate independently or as a slave sensor. It works in environments ranging from -20°C to 60°C, with a spectral temperature drift of 0.1 pixels/°C.
Optional high-speed configurations are available, with a maximum speed of 2000 frames per second, and A/D sampling and data transmission times of less than 500μs (2048 channels).
Gino is an industrial-grade miniature spectrometer suitable for real-time measurements in industrial settings and outdoor environments.
