Spider2000+ portable micro-Raman imaging spectrometer uses RMS2000, a research-grade confocal Raman spectrometer independently developed by Hai Optoelectronics, as the core of Raman, which makes it have high sensitivity, high resolution, strong penetration and good ability to suppress fluorescence interference. With the optimized optical path design, the minimum spot of the Raman laser beam can reach the micron level after passing through the long focal microscope objective lens, and the Raman spectra of micron samples can be accurately collected. In addition, the instrument uses a high-precision two-dimensional automatic mobile platform, which can realize the automatic scanning mapping imaging function. < br/ > Spider2000+ portable two-dimensional microscopic Raman imaging spectrometer is equipped with a long focal microscope objective lens specially designed for Raman system. Spider2000+ adds reflective illumination imaging with upper light source, and clear microscopic bright field imaging of the sample can be obtained by CCD camera. The laser spot after passing through the objective lens approaches the diffraction limit, which overcomes the problem that the focal plane of Raman signal collection in ordinary Raman system is slightly higher or lower than the actual optimal focal plane.
