Micro-Raman Spectrometer

3 Channels Micro Raman Spectrometer

Compatible with three channels Raman, confocal microscopy With microscopic imaging Configurable autofocus and Raman imaging

MR-3CHANNEL series micro-area Raman spectrometer is an integrated Raman spectrometer that can perform eyepiece observation, camera imaging, Raman spectral detection and Raman spectral imaging functions for samples. The instrument consists of Raman spectrometer, Raman confocal module, metallographic microscope and other modules. The spectral module can choose different excitation wavelengths such as 785nm, 405nm, 532nm, 633nm, 830nm, 1064nm, and can be matched with different performances, such as uncooled, Refrigerated and deep-cooled spectrometers are available to meet the different needs of customers for different samples and detection accuracy. MR-3CHANNEL has three external channels, which can be inserted into three Raman spectrometer detection modules of different wavelengths at the same time, and can switch between different spectrometers on the software to realize fast automatic detection of multi-wavelength Raman. Support 785nm, 405nm, 532nm, 633nm, 830nm, 1064nm and other wavelengths. If optional automatic platform, MR series can also realize automatic point scanning for hyperspectral imaging.

Micro-Raman Spectrometer MR785

High spatial and spectral resolution Good stability High coupling efficiency

Microscopic Raman measurement system is composed of optical fiber spectrometer, Raman stable spectrum laser, Raman probe, LED light source, metallographic microscope and so on. By integrating the spectral module into the microscope, Raman spectrum information can be measured. Compared with the traditional Raman spectrometer, MR Raman spectrometer has the advantages of good reproducibility, fast measurement speed and high sensitivity. It is suitable for solid, powder and liquid samples. The main application fields are biomedical, gemstone identification, nano-materials, macromolecule materials, cell detection and so on.

Micro Raman Spectrometer

Three channel excitation Fast detection Comprehensive software functions

MR532/785/1064 Micro Raman Spectrometer is composed of Raman three-channel module, LED light source, metallographic microscope and other parts. The operation is simple, the acquisition speed is fast, and the microstructure and Raman spectrum information of the sample can be observed in a short time, which can quickly help users to detect and analyze the sample. It is widely used in scientific research fields such as biomedicine, photoluminescence, microplastics, and two-dimensional material graphene.
For example, the Raman three-channel module developed by Oceanhood can support Raman spectroscopy measurement of any three different excitation wavelengths, such as 532nm, 633nm, 785nm, 830nm, and 1064nm. The module is equipped with an optical path switching system, which can perform rapid switching of excitation at different wavelengths through software, and can superimpose and compare the collected Raman spectra. The probe on the module can be plug-and-play, which is convenient for the detection of unconventional samples. The Raman three-channel module can be customized and adapted according to the user's existing microscope, and assembled into a micro-Raman spectrometer.
The micro-Raman spectrometer can support the expansion of the Mapping platform (that is, the Raman spectral imaging function), and can perform Raman spectral imaging on the sample micro area. Visually display the chemical composition distribution, surface physicochemical properties and more information of the sample by means of images. The high-precision mobile platform, with a minimum step of 1μm, can accurately detect the Raman signal of the sample. The software has perfect functions, which can realize auto focus function, bright field image stitching and mapping image display.

In situ microelectrochemical Raman spectrometer

Electrochemical Raman detection capability Ability to detect low concentration samples High stability technology

The in-situ microscopic electrochemical Raman spectrometer mainly consists of a Raman spectrometer, a potentiostat, a microscopic system, and a laptop. This product integrates the potentiostat with the Raman spectrometer, combining the power button and power supply, and packages the Raman spectrometer, potentiostat, and microscopic system together. All cables, optical fibers, and power lines are cleverly hidden inside the device or routed along carefully designed paths. This integrated design significantly enhances experimental efficiency by ensuring stable signal transmission while avoiding the clutter and complexity of external wiring, which could otherwise lead to errors.

The microscope module's stage is designed as a U-shaped movable platform with a wiring switch, optimizing the loading process of the Raman electrochemical cell and reducing the cumbersome task of wire clamping.

The in-situ microscopic electrochemical Raman spectrometer combines the advantages of electrochemical testing and Raman spectroscopy analysis. It enables real-time, in-situ monitoring of structural and property changes in materials during electrochemical processes without damaging the sample. This technology not only improves experimental accuracy and sensitivity but also broadens the scope of research, providing strong support for scientific research and technical applications across multiple fields.

Oceanhood’s self-developed Raman three-channel module supports Raman spectroscopy measurements at any three different excitation wavelengths, such as 532 nm, 633 nm, 785 nm, 830 nm, and 1064 nm. The module is equipped with an optical path switching system, allowing rapid switching between different wavelengths via software. It also supports overlay and comparative analysis of the collected Raman spectra. The probe on the module is plug-and-play, making it convenient for testing samples in unconventional forms.
