TEC2000 is a refrigerated and backlit miniature optical fiber spectrometer based on symmetrical CT optical path, with compact structure and configurable spectral range, using N.A0.11 with high resolution of 0.1 nm and low stray light of ~ 5 ‰. Equipped with backlight refrigerated CCD, it meets the reliability requirements of long-time testing in industrial field, and has good stability and reproducibility of spectral response.
