Introduction

The high-performance QES-PL photoluminescence quantum efficiency/spectral response testing system, independently developed by Oceanhood, is designed for measuring various materials such as solar cells and photodetectors. It is ideal for research and development as well as quality management in universities, research institutes, and enterprises.

Feature

◆ Due to the different spectral response ranges of detectors, the system provides a xenon lamp with high stability, exceeding 99%, ensuring high repeatability and accuracy of measurement results. The light source intensity can be automatically adjusted, and the deuterium lamp power is adjustable from 150W to 300W.

◆ The asymmetrical horizontal optical path with an achromatic design ensures symmetric spectral lines and good optical resolution.
